Collection mostly immature. Dr Lidia Trocha (Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Institute of Dendrology Polish Academy of Sciences, Kurnik, Poland) compares ITS region of Pulvinula constellatio (Polish collection, leg. Dariusz Karasiński and sequences from GenBank [collection from Italy]) with the material from ectomicorrhiza of young Picea abies. The results is conclusion, that Pulvinula constellatio probably is ectomicorrhiza partner of young Picea abies. See Trocha et. al. 2006 (Genetic Diversity of Naturally Established Ectomycorrhizal Fungi on Norway Spruce Seedlings under Nursery Conditions, Microbial Ecology 2006). |
